Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. As our products are handmade, processing may occasionally take a little longer.

Shipping Costs Free shipping on orders over €80 (DACH zone).

For orders below this amount, the following flat rates apply:

  • DACH (Austria, Germany, Switzerland): €4.90
  • Western Europe (FR, ES, PT, IT, IE, BE, NL, LU): €7.90
  • Nordics (DK, FI, SE): €9.90
  • Eastern Europe (PL, CZ, SK, HU, RO, BG, HR, EE, LV, LT, SI, CY, MT, GR): €11.90

Estimated Delivery Times

  • DACH: 2–4 business days
  • Western Europe: 4–7 business days
  • Nordics: 5–8 business days
  • Eastern Europe: 6–10 business days

Carrier We ship with Österreichische Post (Austrian Post). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please Note International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are outside of our control.
